| Please let me know if you have anybody for this requirement Position : Sr.Business Analyst with healthcare exp Duration : 6+ months contract Location : Eden Prairie, MN Rate : $50/hr , C2C Required Skills · 10+ years of US Healthcare BA experience working in large, complex, matrix organization · 5+ years of claims data analysis · 3+ years of lab claim data analysis · 3+ years of CMS claims data analysis · Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and complete artifacts, including solution design support and data mapping · Validate requirements with stakeholders and the project team; provide suggestions and recommendations. · Lead internal review sessions with C Level. Discuss issues and questions related to claims data analysis, issue documentation; work with business stakeholders to review and resolve these issues · Perform data analysis, using in-depth knowledge of relational databases and healthcare data. · Provide explanations and information related to data analysis findings to both project team and business stakeholders. · Support all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
