US CONSULTING - CONTRACT SQL BI Developer

Job title: SQL BI Developer

Location: Wichita or Atlanta

Length: 6 month

 

 

Knowledge of SQL Server 2008 stack (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS). Visual Studio BIDS, TFS.

Experience with ETL development

Strong understanding of OLTP data modeling, Dimensional Modeling, Datawarehouse Concepts, process flow.

Experience with stored procedure creation/tuning, ETL, strong application team interaction including understanding of the underlying data structures.

Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and an ability to communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of management, including communicating technical information to nontechnical audiences.

Understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and respective experience with its application in design and development phases.

Understanding of ITIL ticketing process.

Experience in performance tuning, application monitoring and support of production applications.
