Must Haves

•           Bachelors Degree in IT or related field

•           Excellent communication skills

•           Project Management/ Project Lead experience

•           Oracle Database (11G and prior)

•           SQL*Plus

•           PL/SQL

•           Oracle Developer Suite

•           TOAD or SQL Developer

•           Entity Relationship Modeling

•           Experience creating web services

 

Nice to Haves:

•           Microsoft Team Foundation Server

•           Experience developing environmental systems
