Required Skills: 
Distributed Java programming/architectures
In-memory computing
Messaging
Object modeling for cache structuring
IB and real time systems background with focus on performance would be ideal
Abstract thinker (architects, not developers)
 Create the scaffolding to support the service execution engine for loan services, integrating the process fabric with the data fabric
Event based SOA architecture – Akka framework a plus (highest likelihood)
Data fabric – Business object model – caching framework – Oracle coherence, may try others  such as Terracotta,
Multi-threaded java development
