US CONSULTING - CONTRACT WebSphere Admin : Cranston, Rhode Island : 6 Months

Location:     Cranston, Rhode Island
Duration:    6 Months
Interview:    Telephonic
Start Date: Immediate

 
Requirement Description: 
IBM Data power:
1)            Ability to administer the Data power appliance using CLI commands
2)            Ability to set up Load Balancer Groups and custom XML Managers
3)            Ability to set up Multi-Protocol Gateways, XML Firewalls
4)            Ability to write/execute ANT scripts for creating the necessary DP objects such as processing rules, policies & monitors
5)            Ability to configure identification/validation profiles
6)            Working knowledge of troubleshooting techniques such as enabling probes, increasing log levels, telnet tests etc.,
 
Web sphere Message Broker (AIX or any UNIX OS)
1)            Working knowledge of Message Broker installation, configuration
2)            Ability to create Broker Domains, Execution Groups,
3)            Working knowledge of BAR file deployment, troubleshooting
4)            Ability to analyze trace files
5)            Ability to configure Message Broker to work with external databases such as Oracle/DB2
6)            Ability to configure SSL at broker level
7)            Performance tuning of the message flows
 
Web sphere MQ  (AIX or any UNIX OS)
1)            Working knowledge of installation and pre-requisites
2)            Configuration of queue managers and the QM objects
3)            Ability to configure complex queue manager clusters across disparate OS
4)            Log files analysis and troubleshooting
5)            Ability to configure Channel security using digital certificates
6)            Ability to secure the MQ network using OAM concepts
7)            Working knowledge of context security
 
Conceptual knowledge of Web sphere Application Server is fair enough.
We are ready to go with good WAS admins.
 
Other Skills:
IT process and security standards like ITIL, BS7799, and ISO 27001, Good knowledge on Incident , Problem, Release and Change management process, Manning P1/P2 Bridge Calls, Manage Project activities, Manage Operational activities
