Position: Business Analyst -Contract Prefer USC/Green Cards

Duration: One Year+ Contract

Location: Erie, PA

Interview Mode:  Probably Two Phones Screens, Ideally Candidates Who Make Themselves Available For A Personal Interview Are Better

 

Client: Erie Insurance

 

Industry Experience:  Insurance Property And Casuality- Banking Insurance.

 

·         Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, MIS, or equivalent, required.

·         Two years of experience in quality assurance/testing, including strong knowledge of related tools, methodologies and documentation, required.

·         Three years of experience preferred.

·         Good understanding of the insurance industry and a strong working knowledge of one or more of ERIE’s systems or lines of business preferred.

·         Strong understanding of the QA process and software development lifecycle required.

·         Strong understanding of business applications required.

·         Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation and flowcharting software required.

·         Working knowledge of software development, one or more programming/coding languages, operating systems, mainframe and client/server applications, databases, HTML, web applications, source control and issue tracking concepts required.

·         Two years proven project lead experience required, three years preferred. - QA certific

 

Required: ·         Strong verbal and written communication and active listening skills ·         Strong research, analytical, and strategic thinking, problem solving, business process analysis, planning, and organizational skills ·         Experience with requirements gathering for Information Management tools-based solutions ·         Experience producing requirements traceability through design and testing ·         Ability to drive Use Cases   Nice to have: ·         Knowledge of Agent Licensing & Management System ·         Knowledge of Master Data Management ·         Understanding of Identity and Access Management ·         Experience with requirements gathering for Active Directory- based solutions
