Job Description:  

Technology: experience in using HP Service Manager Tool (preferably), exposure to .NET technical stack (must).

Exposure to any CMDB tool and knowledge management exposure would be added advantage.

Change & Release Manager - ITIL experienced.

 

·         8 to 10 years experienced in leading Change & Release Management teams

·         Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the ITIL framework (Config, Change and Release Management)

·         Responsible for coordinating all Application and Infrastructure changes through QA and into production

·         Ensuring change to the production environment does not impact system stability for our Advisors and customers

·         Oversight on firm critical releases and reviewing the release plans and activities of other Release Engineers

·         Training and mentoring the other release engineers on the team on system and application dependencies

 

Skill set Matrix:

Years of experience in leading Change & Release Management
