Job Title: Tibco Project Manager

Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Duration: 9 months+

 

Job Description:

 

• 8+ years of experience in Project Management

• 5+ years of experience in implementation of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) program using TIBCO

• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Ability to interact at CIO/VP level in customer organization

• Team management experience including offshore team members

• Retail domain related experience a plus

 

Responsibilities:

 

Responsible for overall TIBCO ESP implementation Program

Lead various Functional and Technical team members

Guide onshore and offshore to ensure program goals are met

Work with the application development & Infrastructure teams throughout the development life cycle

Stay current with emerging industry trends

Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks

Good written and oral communication

 

Desirable:

 

Work with various application, Infrastructure & architecture teams to ensure the goals of ESB implementation program using TIBCO are met
