Strong experience in jQuery, jQuery UI.
Knowledge of javascript libraries like underscore, bootstrap, backbone.
Knowledge of Templating frameworks like mustache, handlebars.
Propose architectural solutions to complex problems.
Excellent communication skills.
Nice to have:
javascript unit testing framework experience(eg: jasmine)
