Job Title:Sr Sharepoint Developer

Location: Washington DC

Contract Length: End of 2014 confirm, may extend upto 3yrs based on performance

Interview: F2F is a must, so locals only

Experience Required: on paper 8+yrs with some certification.

Required Qualifications

•Solid documentation skills

•Experience in an Operations/Infrastructure environment

•Prior experience administering, developing, and maintaining SharePoint 2010 portal sites

•Experience investigating and resolving SharePoint performance issues, such as front end web server performance, indexing performance, and Structured Query Language (SQL) performance.

•Knowledge and familiarity with SharePoint Disaster Recovery techniques and best practices

•Knowledge of load-balancing technologies and other high-availability technologies

•Experience with development and deployment of web parts and BDC applications

•Knowledge and experience working with and establishing workflows within the SharePoint environment

•Working knowledge of SharePoint Designer

•Ability to deploy and administer SharePoint Server 2010

•Ability to deploy hot fixes, updates and service packs

•Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

•Strong customer service skills and customer relationship management experience

•Excellent organization, communication and writing skills, and have the ability to express yourself in technical discussions via strategy, implementation and design of SharePoint environments
