Position: IT Project Manager (Oracle Identity/Access Management)

JOB Description – IT Project Manager – Identity/Access Management
Our IT Security Operations, Identity Management Team supports the technology that provides Identity life-cycle, authentication and role-based authorization of access for our systems. This team is looking for a strong Project Manager to lead and manage a team and projects with Oracle Identity/Access Management project background.
The IT Project Manager is responsible for all assigned IT projects as well as for developing and leading a strategically
-oriented team.
The IT Project Manager must ensure the high-quality delivery of program deliverables that meet the needs of stakeholders in collaboration with the project team, implementation teams and organizational leadership.
Project Requirements:
· Establish and maintain all aspects of the project per project management guidelines
· Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
· Ensure that consistent and approved methodology is used on each project, and approve project scope and charter for implementation
· Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates
· Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
· Communicate
skey performance information to the senior management team· Track project budget, resources, , expenses, milestones, critical path, blockers, and all other associated key performance indicators
Professional Skills:
· Ability to work under pressure, managing competing priorities, and building a cohesive team of professionals who can complete tasks on time within a fast-
paced environment· Working knowledge of relevant technology, vendors, products, development and support alternatives
· Proven business skills including financial analysis and budgeting
· PMI/PMP certification, preferred
· Demonstrated understanding of IT process and infrastructure/data related projects
· Ability to establish effective working relationships with associates, counterparts and external customers.
· Knowledge of networks, hardware, operating systems, applications in the area of accounting, HR, sales, and operations preferred
Experience:
· 7+ years of IT management and/or program management experience
· Extensive experience in developing and execution of IT governance, project methodologies, procedures and processes with Oracle Identity/Access Management.
· Proven ability to build motivated, collaborative and productive cross functional teams
· Proven ability to effectively communicate verbally or in written form, with all levels of the organization, and able to influence a larger team to perform toward the same goal
· Excellent organizational and time management skill
· Highly analytical, and methodical, strong problem solving ability on complex subjects
