Role: Citrix XenApp Specialist
 
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: Very Long term
Rate: Negotiable

Technical:
•         Minimum 5 years’ experience working at a deep technical level with the following technologies:
•         Citrix XenApp 6.5, EdgeSight 5.3 and Web Interface 5.4
•         2003/2008 Active Directory and Group Policy, with integration Citrix Policies
•         Citrix Administration (Citrix Xenapp5, Citrix Xenapp6.5)
•         Strong application troubleshooting experience on Citrix platforms
•         To provide second and third-level support for Citrix issues related to projects deploying to the GSK Citrix XA4 and Citrix XA6.5 environments.
•         Exposure to Application Deployment technologies (SCCM or similar)
•         Microsoft Office suite of products
•         Sound technical knowledge of Windows Server 2003/2008/2008 R2
•         Exposure to Application packaging technologies (App V, MSI, Wise, Installshield)
•         ITIL v3 awareness
•         Ability to troubleshoot and fix problems with applications installed on a Windows Operating System
•         AppSense Management Suite
•         Windows 2008

Other Skills:
•         An excellent communicator, both verbally and written
•         Demonstrate strong, articulate troubleshooting skills
•         Be an enthusiastic and quick learner
•         Experience in creating Technical and Process documents
