Position: Dynamics AX Sr. Lead Developer (with Expense module and audit experience)  

Location: Redmond, WA

 

Job Responsibilities

• Communicating job expectations
• Assigning the task items to all the team members
• Making sure that the Microsoft Dynamics AX best practices are followed
• Designing and Reviewing the Technical specs
• Involve in the functional and technical design and providing inputs
• Providing the estimates
• Reviewing the code
• Resolving all kinds of technical issues
• Mitigating the risks/issues related to the overall development
• Provide status of the work done by the team
• Providing the deployment guidelines on how the deployments should happen in UAT / PROD servers
• Planning and Implementing the Code Manageability 
• Planning and Implementing the code drops to test teams
• Communicating between teams incase if more teams are involved

 

Developer Experience (Skills Required)

• 8+ Years of overall experience 
• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX
• 3+ years of experience in .Net 
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX Workflow / AIF services / Batch Framework  is necessary
• Must have exposure to all the internal Microsoft Dynamics AX tools
• Should have involved in at least couple of Implementations
• Should be aware of ITLC/ Sure step process
• Should have followed Microsoft Dynamics AX best practices in at least one implementation
• Must have used Team Foundation Server / Source Depot / similar tool used for maintaining code and requirements/bugs/issues/tasks
• Must have experience in SharePoint 
• Must have experience in managing teams
• Experience in developing AX SSRS reports is an added advantage
• Certification in AX programming is an added advantage
• Ability to analyze and recommend solutions to any technical difficulty in a timely manner is an added advantage
• Experience with Microsoft IT before will be an added advantage
