Required skills/years
Strong JavaScript knowledge and expertise:  8
Object Oriented programming skills:  8
Knowledge and experience in writing, modifying and working with t-SQL statements and language - We use Oracle 11g:  5
Knowledge and experience in Team Foundation Server:  3
Knowledge and experience in developing applications using the .Net framework, C#:  6
Knowledge and experience in an agile/iterative SDLC process:  5
Knowledge and experience in Visual Studio 2008 or higher:  4

Highly desired:
EXTJS Library experience and knowledge:  3
