Job Details:

Position: NICE IEX

Location: Austin TX or Kansas City KS

Duration: 1 year

 

We are seeking a technical resource who can provide ongoing daily support of NICE IEX on a daily basis.  This individual should have a telephony background.  Knowledge of the entire NICE WFO suite of products would be ideal- with WFM (IEX) being the most critical.

 

Contract length: 12 months with possibility to extend

 

Preferred city: Austin, TX OR Kansas City, KS  (for ideal candidate, secondary choice of city would be Wilmington, DE; Los Angeles, CA; or Oklahoma City, OK)
