Location: Monterey, CA (Locals only...)
Duration: 6+ Months (Contract role)
Job Description:
The SharePoint Designer and Developer is responsible for providing design and development of Intranet site. Developer will work with other members of the team to develop the HR Portal, Collaboration Portal, Employee Portal, Training Portal and other components of Intranet site by maintaining and providing portal customizations through the use of following SharePoint technologies.
SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and configuration of SharePoint's native features.
SharePoint components (web parts, application pages, page layouts, etc.) for enterprise scale Portal, ECM, and Collaboration solutions.
Designing and implementing workflow applications
Coding, Testing and implementing solutions in SharePoint 2010 environment
Required Qualifications:
SharePoint 2010 Design, Development and Configuration.
Strong experience on SharePoint Designer
C#/ASP.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, XSLT, HTML 5, CSS
SharePoint Workflows Development
SharePoint Features and Solutions
SharePoint Master Pages, APIs
SharePoint object model
SQL server experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications:
MCTS: Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 or 2010, Application Development
MCTS: Microsoft .NET Framework 4, Web Applications OR equivalent (preferred)
MCTS, MCP: Web Application Development, SharePoint
Prior knowledge or experience in Intranet Site creation/development.
Presentation skills and strong verbal communication.
Strong problem solving skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5 years of related experience.
