RESPONSIBILITIES: • Serve as a liaison between user group(s) and technical team
• Define and document business requirements for ongoing system enhancement initiatives
• Identify business opportunities and develop recommendations/drive solutions for application improvement opportunities
• Provide project/task management support as required
• Develop subject matter expertise in the areas of Loss Mitigation and Loan Servicing
• Assist the business in the identification and adoption of operational best practice
SKILLS: • 5+ years' experience within quality assurance • Experienced software testers – business side • Prefer experience testing in a loan/mortgage servicing system • Prefer AS400/green screen experience, not required • Available and willing to work overtime (extra hours during the week,plus some Sundays may be required) • Financial service industry experience – Loan Servicing a strong plus • Very strong math aptitude • Very strong Excel skills
