Description
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software.

6-8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. May report directly to a project lead or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Agile/Scrum Highly desired 2 Years
RESTful web services Required 2 Years
Hibernate Nice to have 3 Years
Spring Required 4 Years
REST API Testing Tools Highly desired 2 Years

From Manager - Huge priority is RESTful web service experience.

I would suggest not sending any resumes unless the candidate has definitive professional experience (on an actual paid project) with the skills we listed as required.
We've already received a resume from another firm where the candidate had not done RESTful web services.
