DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The Department of Information Resources (DIR) requires the services of one Project Manager, hereafter referred to as Worker(s), who meets the general qualifications of ITSAC Project Manager 1 Category, Core Technology Type and the specifications outlined in this document for the Office of the Attorney General (OAG). 

 

                All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the OAG.  OAG may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Workers) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by the Texas law. OAG will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Worker(s).

 

              TASKS:     

·         Revise, update and reprogram the multimedia components of the For Our Children DVD update.

·         Develop co-parenting facilitator's manual to enhance use of the DVD by staff working in AV grant funded programs.

·         Replace outdated information, add Spanish voice-over, and reformat existing content into segments designed for use in co-parenting educational classes.

	6	Manage video production with knowledge of techniques and methods of planning, organizing and producing various types of educational/training videos targeting low-income parents, parents during the peri-natal period, and parent education provider audiences.
	6	Experience developing creative approach and content for public education materials produced by Texas state agencies and developing distribution plans for materials to community based organizations, public health providers, community colleges, and child support offices.
	6	Experience managing video projects for Spanish language audiences, including Spanish voice-over and titling.
	4	Experience conducting focus groups with parent education program participants to evaluate and improve public education materials.
	2	Experience developing, drafting, and managing video production scopes of work to meet Office of the Attorney General – Child Support Division standards
	2	Experience drafting and developing child support and paternity video scripts and storyboards, and recruiting and vetting of child support program participants for video talent.
