- 5+ years of IT with 3+ yrs in contact center application development
- 2+ years with CISCO UCCE and CVP
- Experience/certifications in CCNA, CCNP, VM Ware, MSCE, UCS, CCIE is a plus
- Experience of UCCE and CVP on UCS and MSC Servers
- Perform full-lifecycle work ranging from requirements, analysis, design, development, testing
- Experience with design/configuration experience in ICM, ICM scripting, CVP, IPIVR, CVP Studio, CAD and CUIC
- Strong voice UI design/development, complex call routing app design required
