PeopleSoft HRMS Business System Analyst
Location :- Dallas, TX
Position Type :- FTE
Experience/Required qualifications:
· A minimum of 3-4 years of PeopleSoft Human Capital management (HCM) functional system support experience
· At least 6 months of working experience on PeopleSoft HCM v 9.1
· A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a HR functional lead role
· 1 -2 years of experience in configuring and maintaining workflow(AWE) and notifications
· Excellent communication and inter personal skills
· Prior Experience in handling external business stakeholders independently
Job duties/responsibilities including but not limited to:
· Create User Requirements, functional Specification and functional design documents.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills
· User Account set up/changes to security access includes maintaining the GM associated with each location on the user profile and the Department table.
· Create new permission lists for row level security and add them to the Security by Dept Tree table.
· Clone user profiles for new generic GM login creation.
· Data entry to Activate/deactivate/transfer GMs, AGMs, Owners (all non-hotel hourly persons).
· Region realignments/changes in ownership
· Location activations and deactivations
· Department activations and deactivations
· Perform Department Tree maintenance. The Dept Tree is used as the control for row level security. The data on the tree defines the users' access to view/update employee data assigned to a specific location/dept row level permission. This works in conjunction with the User Profile maintenance in item
· Requires user to run system delivered Application Engine updates to Core Row level security.
· Create Adhoc query report requests
· Monthly threshold reporting and maintenance using Query or nVision
· Corrections from owner data entry errors for SSN and job code.
· Audits
· How to questions with job aid (PS transactions include activate (hire), deactivate (term), transfer location, transfer job code, run query, update other EE data)
· Interface support for PS Franchise instance related issues
· Update system with security rights granted
· Work help desk tickets related to FMH PS security
