1. 6 to 9 years experience
2. Liferay experience - 1 year, but if the resume has other content management systems like Interwoven or other portals like Websphere portal, we'll settle for 6 months
3. Liferay Portal and Liferay CMS experience
4. JSR-168, JSF
5. Optional : Interwoven Teamsite, Livesite and OpenDeploy or any other CMS like CQ5 or Vignette
