•             AJAX, proficient, 2-3 years

•             CSS, proficient, 3-4 years

•             Eclipse, proficient, 3-4 years

•             HTML, advanced, 4-5 years

•             JavaScript, proficient, 3-4 years

•             JQuery, Proficient, 3-4 years

•             MVC, proficient, 2-3 years

•             SQL, advanced, 4-5 years

•             DB2, proficient, 3-4 years

•             Database design with DB2 and SQL, expert

•             Stored procedures, expert

•             Business Analysis skills

•             Experience with requirements gathering, design, coding, testing

•             Unit Test, string test, functional test

•             Ability to create documentation

•             Ability to work onsite 100% of time

•             Ability to pass a background check

 

Job Summary

 

•             Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems including encoding, testing, debugging and installing to support an organization's application systems.

•             Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives.

•             May be expected to write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.

•             Writes manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures.

•             May require a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 2 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area.

•             Websphere platform based Cold Fusion application code development of web application systems implementing web browser user interfaces, data interfaces, business process automation, reporting, decision support, and fully functional system administration capabilities.

•             Expert level skill in DB2 and SQL application database design, stored procedure, and application level administration.

•             Aptitude in all phases of the SDLC with high expert level skill in requirements, design, coding, and testing phases.

•             IT industry standard quality control, unit test, string test, functional test, system test methods and practices knowledge and skills to assure a system meets requirements, is developed, implemented, maintained, and supported using quality driven change control techniques including defect identification, management, resolution, and support/knowledge base documentation

•             Business Analysis skills with the ability to lead or coordinate technology based business process design from problem statement to system implementation.

•             Ability to lead technical and non-technical requirements gathering and analysis project.

•             Expert skills in application concept design utilizing story board application work flow tools and other UI concept development tools to accurately and clearly describe proposed application systems to both non-technical and technical staff or contractors.
