Role: PL/SQL Developer 

Location: Albany, NY

Duration: Multiyear

Programmer Responsibilities: 

• Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team 

• Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work 

• Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions

Are you interested? The ideal PL/SQL Developer candidate will possess the following experience: 

Mandatory Qualifications

1. 72 Months Demonstrated work experience developing and testing PL/SQL code. 

2. 60 Months Demonstrated work experience with Oracle, preferably 10G/11G. 

3. 60 Months Demonstrated work experience with Data Analysis and creating scripts for Quality Assurance (QA) testing. 

4. 48 Months Demonstrated work experience interpreting and analyzing complex business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements. 

5. 48 Months Demonstrated work experience with large administrative data sets ( > 10 million rows). 

6. 24 Months Demonstrated work experience with Health Care data, preferably Medicaid, Pharmacy, and HIPAA protected. 

7. 24 Months Demonstrated work experience using data cleansing techniques and familiarity with ETL Data Warehouse processes. 

8. Bachelor Degree A copy of the degree(s)
