5-7 years of software development OR comparable technical work experience.
Specific Technology expertise in Java/J2EE, EJB, Web Services, JMS, Spring, DB2 SQL, SOAP, WSDL, XML, XSD, XSLT.
Excellent grounding in standard SDLC.
Preferably goes to candidates with HIPPA/Heathcare background.

Location: OREGON
Duration: 8 Months Contract
Interview: Phone + Skype
Rate: $45/hr

Must to Have Experience:

5+ years of development experience using C++ on shipping products.
3+ years of development experience using network protocols, including HTTP, TLS, TCP/IP.
Strong OO design skills.
Windows as well as Linux development experience.
