Role: IT - QA Analyst IV
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 12 Months

Mobile is looking for a technical, highly-motivated, extremely organized AUTOMATION ENGINEER and team player in the successful development and integration of a multi-channel application. This resource should be creative, resourceful, experienced in Agile, and have been part of programs/projects with multiple system integrations both internally in the company, as well as externally with multiple vendors.
What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate?
- QTP 3 + years of experience
- Understanding of testing and test methodology – 3+ years
- Experience working collaboratively with other teams – 3 + years
- Nice to have – Bachelors in Computer Science or Related Field
What are the technologies and the depth of the technologies that a candidate must have in order to be successful in this role?
1. QTP – 3+ Years
2. Automation of Web service testing – 3+ Years
3. Agile Methodology

Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
• QTP knowledge in testing ecommerce applications
• Descriptive programming experience
• Develop and maintain QTP automation framework
• Testing of web services
• Suggest automation best practices
• SDLC process knowledge (Agile methodology)
• Good communication skills
• Perform Functional, System, Regression and database tests
• Create, execute and maintain automated test scripts to verify application GUI and functionality
• Responsible for signoff into production
• Develop test plans, prepare test environment, test scenarios, data and test scripts
• Collaboratively coordinates static testing of program solution
• Secures QA environments
• Reviews business requirements for testability
• Responsible for delivering iterative test results/progress to Project Manager
• Interact closely with other project QA
What would a normal day for this position look like??
Heads down coding, testing.
Development of framework for automated QTP testing, maintenance, collaborating with teams to ensure end to end product delivery.
Will there be testing required for this role? If so, what test would you like administered & who would you like to administer?
The candidate will need to pass an on-site QTP Automation Test
