·         COMMUNICATE CLEARLY WITH THE DEVELOPMENT TEAM, PROJECT STAFF, AND THE USERs

·         Agile or "Agile-like" project management methodology

·         Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance):

·         Expert Coding and database development skills

·         Excellent communications skills

·         Self Starter

·         Minimal Management required

·                     Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.
