IFinite Solutions is ITSM and Technology Solution provider based out of Parsippany, NJ. Seeking for Support Analyst at Lyndhurst, NJ for 8+ month's contract till longer  term.

Must have:

·         Informatics MDM and IDQ 9.5.1,Data base concepts

 

Requirement and Job Description:

·         Analyze, design, code, install, test, maintain, document and provide technical support

·         Working on Technical enhancements if required

·         Flexible to work in Shift Operations

·         Previous experience on support project and understanding of SLA

·         Strong written and verbal communications skills

o  Ability to debug quickly and resolve the issue

o  Participate in technical design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of support tickets for all phases of the SDLC lifecycle

o  Strong analytical and organizational skills to set and accomplish goals

o  Ability to work in dynamic startup environment

o  Strong knowledge in data modeling concepts
