Position:Sr.SharePoint Developer / Admin
Location:Washington, DC
Duration: 12+months
InterviewTelephonic + Skype
Must haveminimum 9 years of exp.
JobResponsibilities :
• Design, modify,develop, write, and implement software programmingapplications followingestablished architecture standards as well as softwaredevelopment and projectmanage.
• Code softwareapplications to adhere to designs supporting businessrequirements andcustomers.
• Lead and mentorthe efforts of lower level IT development staff includingresponsibility forwork products and projects and directing others in order toreach goals
• Collaboratewith teams, peers and other functions to ensure understandingof sharedresponsibility and deliverables to ensure project meets its businessandschedule objectives.
• Oversee testingactivities and develop corrective action plan.
• Determine anddevelop design approaches and solutions, conducts businessreviews, documentscurrent systems, and develops recommendations of how toproceed with theapplications.
• Performfeasibility analysis on potential future projects and presents tomanagement.
• Serve as aliaison or technical resource for others on their team or topartners withinother business units.
• Ensurescompliance with all established architecture standards and SDLCand Agilemethodologies.
• Provide detaildevelopment estimates for development team tasks andperform according to theestimates.
· Bachelor'sdegree required in a relatedarea – Master's preferred.
· Successfullyparticipated in 3 or morelarge scale software development efforts.
· Experienceestimating development efforts.
· Experiencecreating and designingtechnical specifications and the ability to developagainst those specifications.
· Problemsolving & analytical skills toresolve technical problems
· anunderstanding of business requirementsand IT strategies
· Good communicationskills (verbal andwritten) to all levels of the business.
