Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Need to 5+years of experience in working on progress 4 GL technology
- 3+ years of experience in providing user/production support.
 
 
Desired Skills:
- Supply chain domain knowledge

- Experience in working onsite/offshore model- Provide on-call support for Sev1/Sev 2 tickets
