US CONSULTING - CONTRACT Very Urgent - Lead C Programmer Required

Duration: 12 months

Start Date: immediate

Cost: $55/hr

Experience in the following is required:

·         C programming experience (on Linux or HP-UX preferred) and familiar with the UNIX environment

·         PowerBuilder (V 8.0 and up) or Visual Basic experience (PowerBuilder preferred)

·         Relational Database experience (preferably with Sybase database and familiar with stored procedures and triggers)

·         Familiar with all stages of the System Development Life Cycle.

·         Experience in business application design, development, installation, modification, and implementation in an online and/or batch environment. 

·         Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills

·         Result oriented, self-starter, and able to work with minimum guidance

·         Ability to follow up, multitask, and prioritize assignments

·         Strong interpersonal and team building skills

·         Ability to handle frequent changes to technology and requirements in a fast-paced environment

·         Ability to quickly acquire and utilize new business knowledge and technical skills

·         Ability to develop action plans for self and/or others and execute projects from conceptual stage to physical implementation

·         Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in the following is desirable:

·         Perl scripting, Crystal Reports, UNIX shell scripting, Windows batch file scripting, COBOL, MS SQL Server (2010 and up)

·         Experience with AutoSol Enterprise Server (AES) from Automation Solutions Inc. and Totalflow WinCCU from ABB Inc.
