Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
· Managing to a structured project management process/methodology by developing and implementing documentation for all project phases.
· Improve effectives of the project and efficiently meet and manage client objectives and expectations.
· Manage relationships with clients, SMEs and team members and other track leads.
· Provide reporting support for client and organizational leaders.
· Provide strong business acumen and execute project solutions
· Manage scheduling, risks and changes
· Provide technology and business consultation.
Technical/Functional
· Technical experience in Oracle R12 modules
· Functional skills of few modules in ERP. Preferred experienced in Services domain
· Experience in Integrations, migration and data conversions.
Required Skills, Experience, Knowledge:
· 10+ years of Project Management experience preferred; being a part of the large program.
· Experience running mid - large projects (10 - 20 resources, 12+ months, >$1Mil)
· Global project management experience is a must and should have worked in onsite/offshore model.
· 4-6 years of Customer Service Applications delivery experience preferred.
· 4-6 years of Customer/Client Facing experience preferred.
· Experience managing delivery using the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
· Dynamic Problem Solver with customer focus
· Ability to motivate a team to meet tight project timelines
· Fluent with Microsoft Project & Project Task planning & dependencies.
· Supervisory experience (managing TL's & other resources)
