ROLE: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer
Location: Wisconsin
Duration: 12+ months
SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer/Analyst with strong business requirements gathering skills.
The person will work closely with Business Process Owners and IT resources in defining and implementing requirements specific to Partner Relationship Management. Partner Relationship Management will implement CRM Dynamics On-Line replacing four existing Channel-based systems. IT commitments include integrations with SAP, security platforms, SharePoint and our Office 365 implementation.
Experience in the entire Dynamics CRM Dynamics technology stack or CRM On-line is ideal. He/she must be able to thrive in a team environment and enjoy working with others to find creative technical solutions to functional requirements for our customers. The candidate should be proficient in Solution/architectural design; application customization using Dynamics CRM development tools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Demonstrated technical and analyst skills on prior Microsoft CRM Dynamics Projects and ideally Microsoft CRM On-line Projects.
•Has an advanced technical understanding of Microsoft CRM Dynamics and Microsoft CRM On-Line.
•Experience with global implementations preferred.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors in Computer Science or Management Information Systems or related experience.
PMP desirable.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Typically requires 5+ years of related experience. Broad based background in IT applications and infrastructure technology.
Demonstrated expertise in CRM Dynamics projects and technology.
Requirement - II
Title - Network Engineer
Duration -1+ years
Location - Madison, Wisconsin
Need Local - IL WI
Principally responsible for installing networking technologies and supporting networks. Assesses existing network configurations and makes recommendations based on product specifications. Configures equipment and software to meet business needs, trains others on the solution, and documents the solution for ongoing support. Functions as part of a team on larger projects, or individually provides the services on support visits or smaller projects. Provides technical support and assists with the design of network solutions. Requires experience in the technical services and support field as well as experience in network administration (DHCP, DNS, routers, firewall, etc.). Network Engineer capabilities with 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
