Length: 6-12 months,
UX-UI Designer
Requirements:
o 2-7 years of experience with system maps, experience maps, concept maps, application structure diagrams, wireframes and wireflows, and use case and persona development
o 1-2 years experience with rapid prototyping techniques
o Solid understanding of front-end, back-end, and the software development life cycle (no coding required)
o Experience with prototyping tools such as Axure, Balsamiq, SketchFlow, Visio, Omnigraffle, Keynote, etc.
o Portfolio of sample designs, including annotated wireframes, flowcharts, concept maps, and any other relevant prototyping materials
o 2+ years of experience in UX Design
o Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
o Clear understanding of web and mobile design
Differentiators:
o Telecommunications industry experience
o Page layout skills
o Ability to hand craft HTML and CSS
o Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or Fireworks
o Tablet UX
o Bachelor's degree
