Position : Infrastructure Engineer Server (SharePoint Infrastructure Expert)
Location : Houston, TX
Duration : 1+ year contract
MOI: Phone and F2F
Job Details:
· This group works on the SharePoint installation that supports the whole Corporation’s centralized service for the global corporation. The ideal candidate will be joining the Engineering group that does the testing, etc. before the implementation.
· Deep knowledge and experience with SP tools such as AvePoint, DocAve.Harmony.ie, Colligo, etc. A consultant who has the skills on these would be a rock star
· Moreover, they need someone who is expert on the Infrastructure side of SharePoint; NOT SCA or User Interface
· Communication Skills and Assertiveness are also of top consideration for this position.
MUST HAVES:
· SharePoint Engineering Infrastructure (SharePoint 2010 and 2013) - Expert/ Required
· Engineering and Design capability - Expert/ Required
· MS SharePoint (MOSS 2007 / WSS 3.0) - Expert/ Required
· Wintel Server - Expert/ Required
· IIS, SQL, PowerShell, AD - Expert/ Required
· Communication Skills - Excellent/ Required
· Assertiveness - Important/ Required
· Technical Writing - Intermediate/ Required
· Systems Engineering - Expert/ Desired
· IIS 6.0 - Expert/ Desired
· Microsoft Windows Server 2003 - Expert/ Desired
· Microsoft SQL Server - Intermediate/ Desired
· Messaging and Collaboration - Intermediate/ Desired
· Strong analytical skills
· Work autonomously with little guidance
